BYLAWS
The National Guard Association of Michigan operates under these bylaws, updated at the 66th annual NGAM Conference and Business Session on May 20, 2023. NGAM’s bylaws form the foundation for the organization’s deliberations and decision-making processes, benefiting both its members and the body as a whole. This document outlines the governance structure, operational rules, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws. It represents the members in organizational affairs and promotes NGAM’s professionalism in supporting the soldiers and airmen of the Michigan National Guard, their families, and all invested partners.
