Strategic Plan

In February of 2022, the NGAM Executive council approved the 2022-2032 NGAM Strategic Plan and intends to utilize it as NGAM’s roadmap for the next decade.

This plan will serve as a guide to support the organization as works to support our Soldiers, Airmen, families, partners, and the Michigan National Guard. The strategic plan will build on past successes, such as the Veterans Support Grant, and move the Association forward as we become a national leader among all professional organizations. The plan emphasizes NGAM’s focus on increasing membership, building and sustaining corporate partnerships, enhancing legislative influence, broadening our philanthropic outreach, and improving benefits for all of our members.
